How do I book?
Use online booking, the WeChat mini program or the app — they share one account and one set of orders.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes, from the order page, until the shop has received your racket. After that, contact us.
I forgot my password.
Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a 6-digit code. WeChat sign-in needs no password.
I don’t get notifications.
App: turn on notifications under Me. WeChat mini program: tap “Turn on” for WeChat alerts on the order page — each allow lets us send one message.
How do I delete my account?
In the app or the mini program: Me → Delete account. What is deleted is set out in the privacy policy.
